FRA and Japanese Conservative Union co-hosted this one-day forum. Steve Bannon, Former White House Chief Strategist, Adviser of U.S. President Donald Trump, gave a pre-recorded vedio speech, said he had planned to come to Taiwan, but due to the impeachment of Donald Trump, he must stay with the President, thus he could only participate the forum via this way.

Among Japanese speakers and panalists there were Professor Gemki Fujii,Admiral Hideaki Kaneda, Dr. Lin KenRyo, Former Mayor of Sendai Professor Katsuhiko Umehara, and JCU Chairman Jikido "Jay" Aeba.

Representing Taiwan, there were Dr. Michael Ying-mao Kau, Chou Fan, Madam Maysing Yang, Dr. Parris Hsu-Cheng Chang, Dr. I-Chung Lai, Dr. Chu-Cheng Ming, Dr. Wei-Pang Kao, Dr. Ching-Hsi Chang.

FRA held Constiutional Forum on 27th October 2019, discussing whether Taiwan is suited for Federalism or Unitary state? and Whether Jury system is a fit of Taiwan.

FRA completed all the statutory application procedures and was legally established on August 2019.

FRA held a celebration banquet on 27th October to celebrate the establishment of FRA.

G&G Armament was established in 1986, Taipei, Taiwan. In the very beginning, G&G was a dealer of Airsoft guns, action figures, and military/law enforcement equipments for Airsoft and military enthusiasts.

In order to broaden the scale of airsoft gun business, G&G launched its own brand in 2001. From 2004 to 2013, G&G Armament has developed and distributed more than 100 different replicas throughout the world.

In 2013, G&G became the only Airsoft manufacturer passing the ISO 9001, which proves G&G as a company of quality, same year, G&G began to promote CQB Extreme Shooting Competition World Wide.

FRA members visited G&G Armament and was amazed by the quality and variety of G&G products.

The basic ideas of FRA are : Maintaining a small and effective government, A prudent and sound government revenue and expenditure, Improving the competitive effectiveness of market mechanisms, and using lower taxes to stimulate economic development.

The most important issues in Taiwan are, firstly, obsolete fiscal and taxation system reduced economic vitality, secondly, self-limiting on foreign trade, prohibition of imports of food from five prefectures of Japan and pork form USA. Populism overwhelms people’s right to know and interferes with government decisions, cause serious impact, thirdly, Taiwan's labor system is becoming more and more rigid.
